New staff-elected member of the Board of Directors
Staff-elected member of the Board of Directors of William Demant Holding A/S, Karin Ubbesen, has resigned from her position with the Company and will therefore withdraw from the Board as of 31 January 2017.
Karin Ubbesen will be replaced by the present staff-elected alternate, Jørgen Møller Nielsen, who will join the Board as new staff-elected member as of 1 February 2017.
Jørgen Møller Nielsen has been employed with the Company since 2001 and works as a project manager within microelectronics at the Company`s factory in Ballerup, Denmark.
