Tyson Foods Inc. (NYSE:TSN) is a food producer that sells raw chicken, beef, pork and prepared foods. Chicken and beef are its two largest segments, comprising about one-third of U.S. sales. Prepared foods, including brands like Tyson, Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, Ball Park and Sara Lee, constitute roughly 20% of sales.

Tyson Foods’ annual revenue (as of Sept. 30) stood at $53.31 billion. In its most recent earnings announcement on Nov. 12, the company posted revenues of $13.56 billion and EPS of $0.92 for Q4 2024. Both figures beat the consensus estimates.

VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE:VICI) is a real estate investment trust that owns one of the largest portfolios of gaming, hospitality and entertainment destinations, including Caesars Palace Las Vegas, MGM Grand and the Venetian Resort Las Vegas, three of the most iconic entertainment facilities on the Las Vegas Strip.

VICI Properties has increased its dividends consecutively for the last seven years. In its most recent dividend hike announcement on Sept. 5, it raised the quarterly paytout by 4.2% to $0.4325 per share, equaling the annual figure of $1.73 per share. The yield on the dividend currently stands at 5.66%.
