VICI Properties has increased its dividends consecutively for the last seven years. In its most recent dividend hike announcement on Sept. 5, it raised the quarterly paytout by 4.2% to $0.4325 per share, equaling the annual figure of $1.73 per share. The yield on the dividend currently stands at 5.66%.
VICI Properties' annual revenue as of Sept. 30 stood at $3.81 billion. As per the company's most recent earnings announcement on Oct. 31, it posted Q3 2024 revenues of $964.67 million and EPS of $0.57. Both figures came in above the consensus estimates.
