Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Fourth Quarter 2018 Westwood Holdings Group Incorporated Earnings Conference Call. At this time, all participants are in a listen-only mode. I would now like to introduce your host for today's conference, Ms. Julie Gerron, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Ma'am, you may begin.
