Editor’s note: Every week we will pick a fun Zillow listing to feature online. It may be the most expensive, the best buy or even the best home hidden by plants. While we will do our best, we hope you’ll send a fun listing or two if you come across a wacky Zillow listing. Email arocha@recordnet.com
For our third featured Zillow listing, we decided to change it up a bit. This listing is not in Stockton but in Lodi.
It also has grape vineyards.
The listing is a 2,114 square-foot, single family home built in 1991. There's central air, three garage spaces, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sits on roughly 18 acres.
This could be the perfect home if you have $4.8 million.
Zillow calls it a winery.
"Located in the heart of Lodi, CA., this well-established winery serves as a testament to the region's rich winemaking heritage. One of the winery's distinguishing features is its vibrant events calendar," the listing agent stated on Zillow. "Every weekend, visitors are treated to a variety of engaging experiences, ranging from wine tastings and vineyard tours to themed events and culinary delights."
The monthly payment, assuming you put down 20%, would run you about $32,717 a month. Looks like this is the first time the home will be sold.
Check the Zillow listing for some fun tidbits about this two-bedroom, three-bathroom home.
"Renowned for its exceptional wines, this winery has garnered numerous accolades and awards on the prestigious Lodi wine trail," the real estate agent wrote in the listing.
