Since our first list of Wall Street's rising stars was published in 2017, we've uncovered more than 230 up-and-comers who we feel represent the future of the highly competitive financial-services industry.

Song is on KKR's industrials portfolio team and has been a key player in the firm's employee-ownership program.
Daniela Cardona, an RBC investment banker in the communications, media, and entertainment space, was in attendance.
Cardona, 29, is also putting together initiatives to mentor young Latinos aspiring to be dealmakers.
Matthew Eid-Holm, a principal at Ares Infrastructure Opportunities, also joined the scene.
The 32-year-old focuses on digital assets, including data centers.

Alexander Tingle, a technology, media, and telecom investment banker at Goldman Sachs, reunited with Kolwicz, a former coworker.
Tingle made the list in 2020, when he was 27 and at UBS.
Also part of the mix was Tian Zeng (middle) who leads a fixed-income macro fund and crypto fund.
Zeng appeared on the list in 2018.
