WALL - Eyeglasses retailer Warby Parker opens a store at the Brook 35 Plaza shopping center on Sunday, its second store in Monmouth County.
Later this year, Just Salad, a fast casual restaurant chain that specializes in fresh salads, wraps and bowls, is expected to open next door, its first location at the Jersey Shore.
"We’re excited to welcome Warby Parker and Just Salad to Brook 35," said Chris Cole of Metrovation, the shopping center's owner. "We believe that these brands will add to the uniqueness of the Brook 35 shopping experience for the local community.”
The two stores sit in a space formerly occupied by Wanderlust, which has moved to another part of Brook 35.

"Just Salad runs a fabulous operation and offers a unique menu for southern Monmouth County," Cole said in a statement to What's Going There. "Warby Parker is best in class in eyewear and has a beautiful store."
Founded in 2010, New York City-based Warby Parker started out as a web retailer designing and selling trendy eyeglass frames at inexpensive prices. With the opening of the Wall location, it will have 12 stores in New Jersey.
Warby Parker opened its first Monmouth County location at the Grove at Shrewsbury in 2019.

The new store will offer eye exams and carry Warby Parker's full line of sun and optical eyewear.
"As a one-stop shop, our Brook 35 Plaza location will make it easier for our Monmouth County/Jersey Shore community customers to access all their vision needs," the company said in a statement.
Founded in 2006, Just Salad has more than 70 locations in eight states, including two restaurants in New Jersey. Customers can chose from over 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, avocado toast, soups and smoothies.
