Throughout the last month, CrocsWolverine WorldwideSuperfeet and more footwear companies announced new names to fill their CFO roles. In many cases, these hires were women, reflecting a new hiring trend in the footwear and broader consumer space.

Here’s a list of the biggest shoe CFO hires this month:

Crocs Inc: Susan Healy

On May 7, Crocs Inc. announced that it hired Susan Healy as its new chief financial officer. She replaced Anne Mehlman, who was elevated to the role of Crocs brand president after former president Michelle Poole retired.

Wolverine Worldwide: Taryn Miller

Wolverine Worldwide named Taryn Miller as its new chief financial officer on May 8. She joined Wolverine Worldwide from Corteva Agriscience, an international pure-play agriculture company, where she led a wide variety of financial functions, including investor relations, treasury and commercial finance as vice president of corporate and commercial finance.

Superfeet: Kathryn McKenzie

Insoles maker Superfeet tapped Kathryn McKenzie as its new chief financial officer on May 10. In a statement, Superfeet chief executive officer Trip Randall said that McKenzie’s love for the outdoors and her community focus makes her a great fit for the company.

VF Corporation last week named Paul Vogel the top finance role. He replaced Matt Puckett, who stepped down from the role and the company after a 23-year total tenure.

Ralph Lauren: Justin Picicci

Ralph Lauren Corporation last week named Justin Picicci to the role of CFO. He replaced the company’s CFO and chief operating officer Jane Nielsen, who will stay on as COO through the end of fiscal year 2025. Picicci joined Ralph Lauren in 2006.
