Urban Co-Works set for October opening in Scranton

Aug. 24—A new workspace in downtown Scranton is expected to open in October, the company announced Thursday.

Urban Co-Works, 116 N. Washington Ave., will feature 60 private offices, an extensive coworking area, conference rooms and privacy pods among its amenities.

Tiffany Cross-Luciani, the former director of economic development for the city of Scranton, will manage operations as general manager.

Prices start at $150 a month for office space. A variety of membership levels from part time to full time are available. The company also rents meeting rooms by the hour, and offers day passes and virtual business mail services.
