The Souderton, Pennsylvania-based bank said it had earnings of 65 cents per share.

The holding company for Univest Bank and Trust Co. posted revenue of $128.8 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $76.8 million, surpassing Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $75.9 million, or $2.58 per share. Revenue was reported as $299.2 million.
