United Rentals to buy Neff Corp for about $1.3 bln
Aug 16 (Reuters) - United Rentals Inc said on Wednesday that it would buy construction equipment rental chain Neff Corp for about $1.3 billion.
United Rentals cash offer of $25 per share represents a premium of 1.8 percent to Neff's Wednesday close.
