Nestled beside majestic red rocks on 196-acres, the safari-inspired luxury glamping resort is the first of its kind in such close proximity to Zion National Park.

Located just steps from the park entrance, the new flagship property will play home to more than fifty luxurious canvas tents including the Safari, Deluxe, Stargazer and Suite options with available adjacent Tipi on request.
Under Canvas Zion will debut a new tent, aptly named The Stargazer. With an overhead viewing window perfectly situated above the king size bed, campers can study the constellations from the comfort of their pillow. "The custom designed tent inspired us to give the Zion camp some extra attention to detail. The interiors and overall camp experience have been completely reimagined to exceed our guests' expectations," says co-founder Jacob Dusek.
Each Under Canvas tent--which includes daily housekeeping and fresh towels--will be outfitted with Casper, the award-winning innovators' outrageously comfortable mattresses and snooze-inducing pillows. Together with the Jasper Madison designed Lodgepole pine and Douglas Fir beds, the fresh interiors provide a supreme slumber sanctuary for the perfect night's sleep. Happy, well-rested glampers will wake to the sound of nature in one of America's most beautiful national parks. Want coffee in bed? Guests can pick up their Kuju Coffee Crates with Pocket Pourovers the night before.
Whether you are a family looking for a guided hike, a couple seeking in-suite massages or a thrill seeker on the hunt for an adrenaline filled climbing adventure, Under Canvas offers fully customizable itineraries for travelers. Activities include access to undiscovered areas through expertly guided excursions including scenic helicopter rides, jeep safari tours, mountain biking, volleyball, yoga, hiking, rock climbing, horseback riding, hot air ballooning and of course canyoneering. The onsite restaurant Embers is campfire inspired dining experience. The rustic driven menu was designed around the experience of the outdoors and features locally sourced ingredients, wild game as well as vegetarian and vegan options. Glampers will enjoy leisurely breakfasts in camp that include housemade granola and breakfast skillets, expertly packed box lunches for explorers on the go as well as delicious dinner options including BBQ Boar Ribs with an ancho-bourbon sauce and Veggie Skewers served with chimichurri and tortillas.
Embers' 4 Season tent is over 3000 sq.ft. with 12 exposed 35 ft. long wood arches and 5 massive curved windows, giving patrons a sprawling view from any seat. Designed and engineered by Jacob Dusek, the eatery which boasts 100 seats also includes a large reclaimed wood communal dining table, macramé climbing rope chandeliers, and large wooden cable reels repurposed for bar seating with local Juniper trees growing from the center.
Glampers can conclude their day of outdoor adventures back in the lobby with a nightcap of roasting marshmallows around the sunken biofuel firepit made from 1950's recycled & sandblasted steel and pillows made from vintage African Indigo Textiles.
Under Canvas Zion marks the fourth location with sister properties in Moab, Yellowstone and Glacier national parks.
