U.S. Conference of Mayors President Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake Commends Changes to Senate Criminal Justice Reform Bill (S. 2123), Urges Quick Floor Action

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - April 29, 2016) - U.S. Conference of Mayors President Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake issued the following statement on changes to the pending Senate Criminal Justice Reform Bill (S. 2123):
