BUENOS AIRES, Dec 1 (Reuters) - White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow told reporters on Saturday that a meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping went "very well."
The White House did not immediately elaborate on whether any progress was made toward defusing a damaging trade war between Washington and Beijing during the dinner meeting at the end of a two-day gathering of world leaders in Buenos Aires.
