Ana Gonzalez, a Visual Artist from Mexico, is Creating the Game that "Speaks from the Bones of Mexico"

As a spokesperson for Loteria de Muerte noted, the traditional lottery game is comprised of skull characters that deliver a message about the present in a Mexican day of dead style.
"The game contains a proposal to enter in the Mexican culture, with an artistic work that not only has a part of the prehispanic holiday of the day of the dead, but is inspired by the graphic of protest used in the Mexican revolutionary era," noted the spokesperson, adding that a traditional Mexican lottery is a traditional and popular game in Mexico, and in most Mexican lottery games, characters and common objects that are found in everyday life are typically used.
"By playing you will find in each skull a bundle of disastrous stories, a pinch of crazy characters and a recommended dose of memory and reality, where our problems are taken and killed with skulls, because in Mexico even in the death we found spiceness."
The game will feature 54 characters and 16 tables and Gonzalez is planning on releasing the Loteria de Muerte app that will include the traditional lottery song in different languages.
In order to help pay for the printing and production tests, along with completing the development of the game and the distribution of the mobile application version, Gonzalez recently launched a successful fundraiser on Kickstarter. Almost 100 backers pledged MX $103,080 to help bring Loteria de Muerte to life; people who supported the project will be rewarded in a number of ways, including t-shirts, sweatshirts and laser engravings of some of the characters in the game.
