TotalEnergies Confirms the First Interim Dividend of €0.85/Share for Fiscal Year 2025, an Increase of 7.6% Compared to 2024

The Board of Directors meeting on April 29, 2025 under the chairmanship of Mr. Patrick Pouyanné, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, decided the distribution of a first interim dividend of 0.85 €/share for fiscal year 2025, an increase of 7.6% compared to the three interim dividends paid for fiscal year 2024 and identical to the final ordinary dividend for fiscal year 2024. This increase is in line with the shareholder return policy announced by the Board of Directors in February 2025.

This interim dividend will be paid in cash exclusively, according to the following timetable:
