Tech and financial stocks lead Nasdaq, S&P 500 higher
Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are moderately higher at the midday mark. The financial and tech sectors (XLF, XLK) are leading the way up, with utilities (XLU) still in the red.
