A new online banking system with enhanced functionality, including customizable, personalized dashboards as well as improved financial management and budgeting tools. It also enhanced the search functionality, account alerts and bill pay/transfer features. Additionally, an intelligent search platform providing answers online was launched on its web site.
Enhanced mobile banking, making it even more convenient for members to bank 24/7. Members can easily utilize mobile deposit, bill pay and make payments with Apple Pay. They can also view account balances without having to login, locate nearby ATMs, and enjoy integration with the Apple Watch.
Easier access to in-house financial experts. Members can schedule appointments online for consultations on checking, savings, wealth management, mortgage and private banking. For those who call in to the Member Contact Center, there's now a "Call Me" feature, which provides a convenient call-back function, allowing members to receive a call without losing their place in the queue.
Simplified auto loan and purchase process. Tech Car Shopper does all the legwork when it comes to buying a car, including finding the best price and having the car delivered to the member's home or office. The company has also streamlined its online loan application and approval process.
Innovative branch design. New features include interactive touchscreens and "discovery table" with tablets -- making it easy to access critical financial education. Certain branches offer video conferencing with experts, in addition to one-on-one consultation areas. Finally, the new design provides hoteling space for member use -- members are free to stop by, open up their laptops and work, or hold their own meetings.
