T-Mobile sees Sprint deal helping end 'wireless duopoly,' Bloomberg says
T-Mobile (TMUS) CEO John Legere sees a merger with Sprint (S) as giving the company the airwaves needed and other resources to compete with larger rivals Verizon (VZ) and AT&T (T), says Bloomberg. Sprint’s majority owner, SoftBank (SFTBF) is said to be in discussions to combine Sprint with T-Mobile, added Bloomberg.
