This contribution aligns with Synchrony's Education as an Equalizer program, and aims to support women in the automotive aftermarket industry.

Now in its 20th year, Women in Auto Care has distributed numerous awards to aspiring automotive professionals, including cash scholarships and toolkits, offering a powerful investment in the empowerment of women in the industry.
