Ladies and gentlemen, good day and welcome to the Switch, Inc. fourth quarter and full-year 2017 earnings call. Today's conference is being recorded. At this time, I'd like to turn the conference over to Irmina Blasczyk. Please go ahead. ­

Thank you. Good afternoon and welcome to Switch's fourth quarter and full-year 2017 conference call. Joining me today are Thomas Morton, Switch's president, and Gabe Nacht, Switch's CFO.
