In my last video, I talked about how content marketing is not really social. It is publishing and publishing of original content is great and can *lead* to social interactions, but it's not inherently social. But I ended that video with a question...since brands struggle with those things that *are* social (two-way conversations intended to build relationships that benefit all parties involved), can they ever be truly social?
It's a question I've gone back and forth on for years, but in this week's video, I take the stand that they can be. Curious? Watch the video. :)
