Some Phase 2 Coach Homes can close in time to enjoy the full 2022-2023 Winter Season

If you have not visited the new construction, South Naples community located off the Collier Boulevard corridor, or have not done so lately, the milder late summer weather makes it a good time to visit, see how the community is growing and survey the natural beauty of its singular setting.   Antilles amenities and all 68 of its sold out Phase 1 residences are complete.  Over the last months, construction on the 84 Coach Homes in Phase 2 has proceeded well and the first of those to be delivered to their buyers are now owner occupied, with more due to close during the 4th quarter of this year.  Phase 2 construction will progress in a continual rolling manner until it is completed.  As of the writing, a few residences are available.

All Coach Homes offer 3-Bedroom, single-floor layouts, and are built as 4-unit structures.  Classic Coach Home floorplans are in the 1,500 square foot range and include single-car Garages.  Pricing starts in the high $400,000’s.  Larger Grand Coach Homes start in the upper $500,000’s to mid-$600,000’s for 1,980 to 2,444 square foot residences with 2-car Garages.  Great Room-wide, enclosed Lanais are standard features with all units.   Furnished models are available for accompanied viewing.

Since three-quarters of Antilles’ 212 units are in varying stages of completion, how the community will appear when completed is now more evident.  Even without all of Phase 2’s landscaping, which cannot be fully installed until construction is complete, Antilles handsome and contemporary West Indies Island style architecture, elegant palette and fresh, bright plantings further define it as a hidden gem tucked back in a cul de sac location at the end of a long approach.  The unseen asset of its quiet location enhances daily life at Antilles as much as its unobstructed views in all directions and the endless availability of nature sightings, courtesy of Rookery Bay Reserve’s 110,000 acres of protected lands, its neighbor to the west.  The balance of Antilles’ Grand Coach Homes will be built along its western edge in Phase 3.  Some will continue to wrap around its central 5-acre Kingfisher Lake and wetland preserve, and include water views enhanced by twin triple tiered fountains.  The balance will include very private, landscaped orientations.  Pricing for the final releases of Phase 2 and for Phase 3 has not yet been determined, but the community has grown so much since last season, it warrants another visit to take in all it has to offer.
