Noesen brings over 20 years of management in technology and digital industries to the innovation consulting firm, Strategyn. She has facilitated product design and new technologies in digital music, portable devices, and consumer products. She will help lead Fortune 500 companies to develop breakthrough products and services through Strategyn's patented innovation process, Outcome-Driven Innovation.

Noesen has previously worked for technology companies such as Palm Computing and Philips Electronics. She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and was a Morehead Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also studied design through Stanford's School of Engineering and Harvard's Graduate School of Design.
