On Aug. 29, Viacom announced that Julia Phelps has been named executive vice president, chief communications and corporate marketing officer of ViacomCBS. Phelps will lead the combined company's Corporate Communications, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Responsibility, Special Events and Internal Creative teams.
