Stocks That Fell to 3-Year Lows in the Week of Sept. 22

Macerich Co. (MAC), Mattel Inc. (MAT), Patterson Companies Inc. (PDCO), and Coty Inc. (COTY) have declined to their three-year lows.

Macerich Co. (MAC) declined to $52.72

The prices of Macerich Co. (MAC) shares have declined to $52.72 on Sept. 22, which is only 1.1% above the 3-year low of $52.12.

Macerich Co. is an American self-managed real estate investment trust. It is the third-largest owner and operator of shopping centers in the United States, operating as a S&P 500 component. The company owns property across the United States, including property in California, Arizona, Washington, Missouri, and New York.


Macerich Co. has a market cap of $7.46 billion; its shares were traded around $52.72 with a P/E ratio of 51.18 and P/S ratio of 7.41. On Aug. 2 Macerich Co. reported financial results for the second quarter 2017 ended June 30. The company reported net sales of $26.6 million or $0.19 per diluted share, compared to net sales of $45.2 million or $0.31 per dilute share during the same period 2016. Furthermore, the company also reported that funds from operations diluted are $0.98 per diluted share compared to $1.02 during the same period 2016.

Mattel Inc. (MAT) declined to $14.52

The prices of Mattel Inc. (MAT) shares have declined to $14.52 on Sept. 22, which is only 0.6% above the 3-year low of $14.43.

Mattel Inc. is an American international toy manufacturing company. The company owns products and brands such as Fisher-Price, Barbie dolls, Monster High dolls, Ever After High dolls, Winx Club dolls, and Hot Wheels. In 2014 it ranked number 403 on the Fortune 500 list. The company has a market cap of $8.93 billion, and as of Feb. 17 it traded at $26.10.

Mattel Inc. has a market cap of $4.98 billion; its shares were traded around $14.52 with a P/E ratio of 21.04 and P/S ratio of 0.94. The trailing 12-month dividend yield of Mattel Inc. stocks is 8.88%. The forward dividend yield of Mattel Inc. stocks is 4.00%. On July 27 Mattel Inc. reported second quarter 2017 financial results. Worldwide net sales were up 2%, and up 3% in constant currency versus the same period prior year. The company also reported a loss per share of $0.16 and adjusted loss per share of $0.14.
