Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Stamps.com Inc. Third Quarter 2018 Financial Results Call. At this time, all participants are in a listen-only mode. Later we will conduct a question-and-answer session and instructions will follow at that time. (Operator Instructions) As a reminder, this call may be recorded.

I would now like to introduce your host for today's conference, Senior Director of Finance, Suzanne Park.

Thank you, George. On the call today are Ken McBride, CEO; Kyle Huebner, President; and Jeff Carberry, CFO. The agenda for today's call is as follows. We will review the results of our third quarter 2018. We'll provide an update on our recent acquisition of MetaPack. We'll provide an update on elements of our business model and partnerships. We'll discuss our financial results and talk about our business outlook. And finally, we'll provide some comments on our long-term outlook. But first the Safe Harbor statement.
