Food solutions company sends six truckloads of donated product and launches fundraiser for the American Red Cross
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Jan. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Food solutions company SpartanNash® (the "Company") (Nasdaq: SPTN) today announced its latest disaster relief efforts to support residents of Greater Los Angeles affected by the devastating wildfires. As part of its response, SpartanNash has already donated six truckloads of essential products, including bottled water, ready-to-eat snacks and personal hygiene items, to trusted disaster relief partners Convoy of Hope® and Global Empowerment Mission. In addition to these immediate donations, the SpartanNash Foundation is launching an in-store and online fundraising campaign to benefit the American Red Cross®. All funds raised will go directly toward supporting people affected by the 2025 California wildfires.

Store guests at Family Fare®, Martin's Super Markets, D&W® Fresh Market, Metcalfe's Market® and Company-operated fuel centers can contribute by donating $1, $5, $10, $25 or $50 at checkout or online at shopfamilyfare.com. The fundraiser will run through Jan. 27.
