The partnership will empower thousands of Sonida employees to transform care for nearly 10,000 residents. Sonida communities will rely on August Health to support proactive care strategies, benefiting from a range of modern capabilities such as intelligent care and documentation workflows, pioneering resident insights and streamlined compliance management.
Transitioning to August Health is a strategic move for Sonida as it builds on its 30% portfolio growth in 2024 and prepares for continued expansion. With proven ability to rapidly deploy its EHR, and its caregiver-friendly design, August Health is well-equipped to support Sonida’s consistent growth while ensuring high standards of care.
