The event will feature a selective sake lineup from major Japanese micro-brewers, each carefully selected to match with food well beyond the traditional Japanese. This sake tasting will offer a new, first-of-its-kind culinary experience.
With sake becoming more internationally popular and with the expanding interest in multicultural ethnic food, the potential for pairing fine sake outside of traditional Japanese cuisine is tremendous.
