Solpower Corporation Announces Exciting and Groundbreaking Business Model, Which Offers an Alternative to Health Insurance for both Healthcare Professionals and Patients Worldwide

Pompano Beach, FL, August 12, 2013 – Solpower Corporation, (SOCR), today announced it has completely revived company operations, and will be moving out of beta testing and into marketing of its groundbreaking new business model before the end of 2013. The announcement comes just a week after the company finished updating its corporate structure, bringing current its status with the state of Nevada, and filing all financials and disclosures to raise it to a “Current” tier on the OTCMarkets Pink Sheets.

The company’s new Chief Executive Officer, Charles Nienstedt, described the plan to move forward by saying, “Solpower is back from a long period of silence. After many long years with minimal activity, we have solidified funding to bring the company current and begin the exciting process of launching our new business model, a service and technology called MedCare Collect. MedCare Collect has been in beta testing for over two years, and is now just about ready for commercial release. The process was expensive and time consuming, but I believe it will be well worth it for us and for our shareholders. Solpower Corporation aims to be both a competitor and a partner with every major healthcare insurance company in the world, capturing billions of dollars ordinarily lost due to individuals having little or no health insurance. We have put together an amazing strategy, and totally unique and proprietary product, in the hottest industry worldwide, today, and for many years to come.”

MedCare Collect is a computer based electronic billing, merchant processing and fund management application like nobody has ever seen. It offers healthcare professionals the ability to recapture lost revenue due to a patient’s lack of insurance coverage, while offering patients the ability to get the procedures and treatment they need using flexible payment system that will not break the bank. The best part is that there are no credit checks or qualifications except having a checking account with a banking institution.

“Healthcare, especially in the U.S. has turned into a cold and capitalistic business. A patient is often asked for an insurance or credit card long before they are asked what ails them, and we aim to change that for good”, said Mr. Nienstedt, who went on to explain, “Say a man goes into a dentist’s office with a painful toothache. He is given the option of having a root canal for $800 or extracting the tooth for $100. If he has no dental coverage, and is of modest income, he will likely have no choice but to opt for the extraction of the tooth. The dentist loses $700 in potential revenue, and the patient now has no tooth. The dentist cannot afford to let the patient pay the bill over time because of the very high risk of default and the expense of collections. However, MedCare Collect makes these issues a thing of the past. MedCare Collect is an automatic billing system that automatically debits the patient’s checking account each week or month using a proprietary ACH method that offers a 99% collection rate along with flexibility so that these payments will fit into the real life of the patient. Payments will change by the day, week or month to avoid default while getting our dentist paid in a timely fashion. It is truly amazing.”
