Pompano Beach, FL, August 12, 2013 – Solpower Corporation, (SOCR), today announced it has completely revived company operations, and will be moving out of beta testing and into marketing of its groundbreaking new business model before the end of 2013. The announcement comes just a week after the company finished updating its corporate structure, bringing current its status with the state of Nevada, and filing all financials and disclosures to raise it to a “Current” tier on the OTCMarkets Pink Sheets.
The company’s new Chief Executive Officer, Charles Nienstedt, described the plan to move forward by saying, “Solpower is back from a long period of silence. MedCare Collect is a computer based electronic billing, merchant processing and fund management application like nobody has ever seen. It offers healthcare professionals the ability to recapture lost revenue due to a patient’s lack of insurance coverage, while offering patients the ability to get the procedures and treatment they need using flexible payment system that will not break the bank. The test offices increased their customer bases as well, and none of the offices needed to switch or use additional merchant processing. Everything was done using the merchant account they already had in place.
