Hot Chocolate Sponsor: Calgary Meals On Wheels

YYC Hot Chocolate Fest ( #YYCsBestHotChocolate )

YYC Hot Chocolate Fest is a delicious and friendly competition to see who makes the best hot chocolate in Calgary. And the best part is, all the yummy goodness supports a wonderful cause. Proceeds from each drink are donated to support the clients and programs of Calgary Meals on Wheels.

Throughout the month of February, participating cafes, restaurants, and chocolatiers feature signature hot chocolate drinks created especially for this competition. Customer online votes will decide which vendor will win the coveted title of Calgary's "Best Hot Chocolate" and there's a spirited

category too! We also award the vendor with "Most Funds Raised" because we think being generous is super important.

The fest started in 2012, so we are super excited to be celebrating the 5th annual event in 2016! To kick things off, everyone is invited to the official launch on Saturday, January 30, 2016! The launch will include free hot chocolate samples, a showcase of participating vendors, and the official "inaugural sip" to formally commence the festival. Join us at 11am sharp at the stage area in the Food Court of the Calgary Farmers Market!

Try a drink or try them all! Grab your friends and family, and enjoy YYC Hot Chocolate Fest!

PRESENTATION

PRESENTOR: Kevin Hayes

A digital native, Kevin Hayes, still remembers words like Atari and baud, but just barely. He's obsessed with optimizing digital media and performance management. If your boss wants to know what's working (and what's not) on social media, they want to know Kevin (and his world-famous monthly reports). If you want to run high performing digital ad campaigns or to track the effectiveness of your social media, you need a guy like Kevin on your side. In the meantime Kevin's still searching for that lost Game Boy, confident he can make a bundle on eBay, someday.
