("Snipp" or the "Company") (TSXV:SPN)(OTC PINK:SNIPF), a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) company in the global loyalty and promotions sector, today announced that it was not in a position to file its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, and the related management's discussion and analysis (collectively, the "Annual Filings") by the prescribed filing deadline of April 30, 2025.
The delay in filing is attributable to ongoing testing of the Company's transactions, systems and IT controls by the Company's auditors.

The Company continues to work diligently with its auditors to expedite the completion of the Annual Filings and anticipates a filing date of May 15, 2025. The Company will provide updates as appropriate and will notify investors promptly upon filing.
