OSHKOSH – Silver Star Brands will add a second floor to its warehouse facility, creating one building for its fulfillment center staff and operations team.
The remodel will bring all its employees under one roof, moving about 100 staff currently located at the downtown office, 250 City Center, into the same building as the warehouse, 2155 S. Oakwood Road, according to the company.
Plans call for remodeling the second floor of the warehouse to create an additional 50,000 square feet of office space.
"This exciting transition and move will not only provide an updated and attractive work environment for our Wisconsin-based management team, but having our team members under one roof will enhance collaboration and make us more efficient, productive, and unified as a company," Silver Star Brands Chairman Rob Goergen said in a statement.
The space will include office and meeting rooms for managers and customer support staff, as well as a 5,000-square-foot space for creative and photography needs.
