Toronto-based outdoor brand Canada Goose has named designer Haider Ackermann as its first-creative director. The Colombian-born French designer will be based in Paris and work alongside chairman and CEO, Dani Reiss, to guide the company into its next era.
Luxury house Richemont has appointed Nicolas Bos, current chief executive officer of Van Cleef & Arpels, to the re-established role of CEO of Richemont, effective June 1. Bram Schot has been named as non-executive deputy chairman of the board, effective Sept. 11. Bos will continue to report to Johann Rupert, chairman of Richemont, and will join the senior executive committee. In his new role, Bos will, directly and indirectly, oversee all of the maisons, functions and regions.
Athletic purveyor Lululemon announced it is implementing an upgraded organizational structure in conjunction with the resignation of Sun Choe, chief product officer, who will leave the company later this month to pursue another opportunity.
Jonathan Cheung, global creative director, will now report to CEO Calvin McDonald and will drive the product design and innovation roadmap, continuing to oversee design, innovation and product Development. The company will also create a new team comprised of leaders from its merchandising and brand functions to scale its global and regional go-to-market strategies. Nikki Neuburger will become chief brand and product activation officer, overseeing merchandising, footwear and product operations, in addition to her current responsibilities. Elizabeth Binder, chief merchandising officer, will report to Neuburger.
Branded lifestyle brand VF Corp. announced the appointment of Paul Vogel as chief financial officer, effective July 8. He will succeed Matt Puckett, who will be stepping down. Vogel is an experienced finance executive with operational, financial planning and capital markets experience. He most recently served as CFO of the audio streaming service Spotify.
Global lifestyle brand Ralph Lauren announced the appointment of Justin Picicci as chief financial officer. Jane Nielsen, who joined the company as CFO in 2016 and has served as CFO and chief operating officer since 2019, will remain the company’s COO, continuing to lead operational and strategy functions through the end of fiscal 2025. Picicci’s appointment is part of a multi-year strategic succession plan to enable a seamless transition.
As CFO, Picicci will drive financial strategy to deliver sustainable profitable growth and value creation, overseeing Ralph Lauren’s global finance organization and investor relations. He joined Ralph Lauren in 2006 and has held a range of senior finance leadership roles at the company spanning corporate and commercial functions, including, most recently as enterprise CFO, a role that was part of the company’s multi-year succession process.
Re-commerce provider Trove’s CEO Gayle Tait has stepped down. Per a LinkedIn post, she is leaving the company to focus on her family but will continue to serve as a board member. Terry Boyle will serve as the next CEO, effective June 17. Boyle brings vast experience in consumer retail, having previously served as CEO or president of several companies, including Zulily, Nordstromrack.com, Trunk Club and HauteLook. In his most recent role, Boyle was CEO of Zulily, where he improved contribution and EBITDA margins and introduced new growth strategies through a series of focused initiatives. Before Zulily, he was CEO and co-founder of Behold, which used AI to create a real-time, stylist-driven shopping experience for customers.

AI-powered marketplace Xometry announced the appointment of Subir Dutt as the company’s new chief sales officer. A respected enterprise sales leader for Google, Oracle and CapGemini, Dutt brings expertise in leading high-performing sales teams across North America, Europe and Asia. He most recently served as head of mid-Atlantic enterprise sales for Google Cloud, where he and his team drove significant increases in annual revenue. Dutt succeeds Kathy Mayerhofer, who announced she is stepping away to pursue outside activities.
