Chubbies owner Solo Brands announced that John Larson, a member of the company’s board of directors, has been named interim president and chief executive officer. Larson succeeds Chris Mentz, who informed the board of his decision to step down as president, CEO and member of the board. Mentz will remain with the company in a non-executive capacity through March 7 to support the transition.

Canadian manufacturer of everyday apparel Gildan Activewear announced several leadership changes following a multi-year succession planning process. Current president, sales, marketing and distribution, Chuck Ward, has been promoted to the newly created role of executive vice president, chief operating officer, effective March 1. After almost 10 years in the executive vice president, chief financial and administrative officer role, Rhodri “Rhod” J. Harries informed the board of his intention to retire next January. Luca Barile, current CFO, sales, marketing and distribution, will succeed Rhod as EVP, COO, assuming responsibilities March 1.

With extensive experience in supply chain due diligence and sustainability regulations, Zamaray will support Haelixa’s mission to bolster transparency and mitigate risk in global supply chains. Throughout her career, she has worked for leading fashion brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Zara as well as value chain partners and solution providers across the industry.

Technology solutions company Lectra announced the appointment of Shamina Bhaidjy as vice president of investor relations. Bhaidjy brings over 25 years of experience in market and corporate finance to the role. She began her career in 1998 as a sell-side financial analyst at Meeschaert-Rousselle before consolidating her expertise at Fortis Securities, Ixis Securities and Natixis, where she specialized in analyzing the luxury goods and cosmetics sectors on a European scale. Bhaidjy joined Natixis’ investment banking division in 2004, holding several positions in corporate advisory activities and contributing to the Tech Hub, an initiative dedicated to assisting major groups and start-ups in their technological transition and financial structuring.
