Everlane
San Francisco-based and sustainability-centric brand Everlane has named Alfred Chang as chief executive officer. The former Fear of God executive will lead Everlane through its next phase of business, the brand confirmed. While serving as CEO at Fear of God, he streamlined operations processes, implemented merchandising initiatives, led collaborations and curated marketing strategies. Before that, he spent 17 years at Pacsun in various roles, including co-CEO, president, chief brand officer and executive vice president of merchandising and design.
Everlane’s founder, Michael Preysman, will maintain his role as executive chairman and climate lead, focusing on pushing the brand’s environmental efforts while supporting the business as needed.

Genesco
Footwear-focused firm Genesco announced the appointment of Cassandra “Sandra” Harris as senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer. She succeeds Thomas George, whose planned retirement begins Dec. 12. Reporting directly to CEO Mimi Vaughn, Harris will oversee Genesco’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, treasury, procurement and tax functions. She joins with a background in financial leadership positions at companies such as VF Corp, where she drove global business and financial strategies across VF’s 50-plus brands.
Malbon Golf
Lifestyle brand Malbon Golf has named Aaron Heiser as chief executive officer. He will oversee the entire team and report to the board of directors. Previously, Heiser served as Nike’s global vice president of apparel, accessories and licensing, responsible for product creation and merchandising. Co-founders Stephen and Erica Malbon will remain active on the board of directors and as co-chief creative officers.
SMCP
French luxury holding company SMCP Group has named Ida Simonsen as president and chief executive officer for North America. She succeeds Paul Griffin, who is pursuing opportunities outside of the group. Simonsen joins after serving as Stella McCartney’s president of the Americas for 12-plus years, guiding the brand through changing shareholders and expanding its retail network. Before that, she held leadership positions at Marni.
MeUndies
Direct-to-consumer underwear brand MeUndies has named Elizabeth Dunn as senior vice president of sales. Dunn brings over 15 years of relevant experience, previously serving as senior vice president of sales for Calvin Klein intimates and, before that, held various roles at PVH Corp.
