Casual footwear brand Crocs announced the appointment of Terence Reilly as incoming executive vice president and president of the HeyDude Brand. Reilly most recently served as the president of the Stanley Brand where he reshaped the century-old insulated drinkware brand into a must-have of current culture. Reilly will join the executive leadership team on April 29 and will report directly to Andrew Rees, chief executive officer.
Burberry
Luxury house Burberry Group announced that Debra Lee, independent non-executive director, has informed the company of her intention to retire from the board, effective at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting in July. She is retiring to concentrate on her own personal media interests in the United States, where she is based. Since joining the board in October 2019, Lee has contributed to the audit and nomination committees.

Under Armour
Athletic brand Under Armour announced that its chief people and administrative officer, Tchernavia Rocker, will be leaving the company on June 1 “for personal reasons,” per a SEC filing. Rocker joined the company in February 2019 as the chief people and culture officer, becoming chief people and administrative officer in June 2020. President and CEO Kevin Plank thanked Rocker for her contributions in fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity and teammate development in the filing.

Omnichannel lifestyle brand Brixton announced the appointment of Seth Ellison, a 40-plus-year veteran of the lifestyle apparel and action sports sectors, to the role of chief executive officer. He most recently served as the executive vice president, chief commercial officer for Levi Strauss & Co. after having served for a decade in roles at Levi’s, Dockers and Alternative Apparel.

Harvey Nichols
British luxury department store Harvey Nichols has named Julia Goddard as chief executive officer following the departure of 25-year veteran Manju Malhotra late last year, as reported by Sourcing Journal’s sister publication, WWD. Goddard joins the company from Alexander McQueen, where she spent 14 years, most recently serving as EMEA region president. Goddard will take over the responsibilities of interim CEO Pearson Poon, son of Harvey Nichols’ owner, Dickson Poon.
