Sneaker chain outpost Foot Locker elected Sonia Syngal and John Venhuizen as board directors. At the same time, Guillermo G. Marmol will not stand for reelection at the company’s 2025 annual meeting of shareholders as per the company’s corporate governance guidelines’ age policy. Syngal most recently served as president and CEO of the Gap umbrella, overseeing the Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta brands before stepping down in 2022. Venhuizen has been with Ace Hardware Corporation for 30 years, holding positions of increasing responsibility throughout the organization before becoming president and CEO 12 years ago.
Brand management firm Authentic Brands Group has named Matt Maddox, former CEO of luxury resort developer Wynn Resorts, as president. Maddox succeeds Nick Woodhouse, who will transition to executive vice chairman following his 12-year president and chief marketing officer tenure. In this role, Maddox will work to build the group’s global reach and expand its brand portfolio. Maddox took over as CEO of Wynn Resorts in 2018, following founder Steve Wynn’s resignation amid allegations of sexual misconduct. Maddox unexpectedly stepped down in 2022.
Global luxury fashion house Lanvin Group has named Andy Lew, CEO at in-house brand St. John Knits, as the group’s executive president. Eric Chan will transition from his role as CEO to join the board as a director. With more than 35 years of experience, Lew will oversee the company’s operations, including strategic implementation, business development and growth, financial management, supply chain, information technology and brand operations.
As part of this transition, Lanvin Group will establish a second headquarters in Europe, led by Lew, as Lanvin continues its global expansion. He will remain a key leader within St. John Knits, while a management committee will assume day-to-day operations.
In conjunction with these changes, the board approved an expansion from eight to nine members and appointed Alan Liu—who will replace Grace Fang—alongside Chan as directors, effective immediately.
Comfort footwear solutions firm OrthoLite has appointed Bo Grabowski as country manager for OrthoLite Indonesia (OID). In this role, Grabowski will oversee operations at OID, leading manufacturing and business development, as well as establishing and managing relationships with brands and Tier 1 factory partners.

Bedrock Manufacturing Company has appointed Tim Bantle as president of Filson. With 20 years of relevant experience, the former Eddie Bauer CEO will lead the next growth and global expansion phase for the Seattle-based outdoor clothing brand. Before his tenure at Eddie Bauer, Bantle served as general manager of VF Canada and held senior executive positions at The North Face.

Payment acceptance and services provider Ingenico announced that Scott Spencer has been named regional managing director, NAR, and as an executive committee member. Spencer brings over 20 years of experience as a regional and business unit leader, which will be “invaluable” to Ingenico as it grows. Spencer drove regional growth by delivering customer-centric solutions in his most recent role as North American president at Ascendion Corporation, an AI and cloud-based software engineering company.

Product discovery platform Daydream has named Maria Belousova as chief technology officer. Previously the chief digital officer of Indigo and CTO at Grubhub, Belousova will report directly to Daydream’s founder and CEO, Julie Bornstein, and lead the company’s technical vision as it prepares for its highly anticipated public launch this spring. As CTO, Belousova will focus on advancing search and personalization capabilities as well as establish strategic partnerships with foundational model providers. Of top priority is developing Daydream’s AI-enhanced agentic platform.

Pittsburgh-based inventory intelligence solution Gather AI named Christopher Visnic as head of sales and Li Wu as head of finance. Visnic has led the commercial growth of early-stage companies, specifically in machine learning automation and computer-aided engineering software. At Seegrid Corporation, for example, revenue grew from about $5 million to over $70 million with profitability in five years. Li is an accomplished finance executive with over a decade of experience advising and scaling technology startups across the payments, B2B SaaS, and AI sectors.
RG Barry Brands (RGB)
Multibrand management platform RGB has named Justine Suh as president of Dearfoams. Suh will shape and drive the brand’s strategic direction, overseeing product merchandising, design, strategy and planning, sales and marketing. She will manage the brand’s licensing operations as well. Suh most recently served as general manager at Carter’s North America Retail and previously served as Cole Haan’s chief merchandising officer.
Paris-based textile-to-textile recycling firm Reju announced the completion of its leadership team.
