Operator

Good afternoon. Thank you for attending today's SentinelOne Q4 fiscal year 2025 earnings conference call. My name is Jaeleen, and I will be your moderator for today. All lines will be muted during the presentation portion of the call with an opportunity for questions and answers at the end.

I'd now like to turn the conference over to our host Doug Clark, the vice president of investor relations. Doug, you may proceed.

Doug Clark -- Vice President, Investor Relations

Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to SentinelOne's earnings call for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, which ended January 31st, 2025. With us today are Tomer Weingarten, CEO; and Barbara Larson, CFO. Our press release and an earnings presentation were issued earlier today and are being posted on the investor relations section of our website. This call and accompanying slides are being broadcast live via webcast, and a replay will be available on our website after the call concludes.

Before we begin, I would like to remind you that during today's call we will be making forward-looking statements about future events and financial performance, including our guidance for the first fiscal quarter and full fiscal year 2026, as well as long-term financial targets. We caution you that such statements reflect our best judgment based on factors currently known to us and that actual events or results could differ materially. Please refer to the documents we file from time to time with the SEC, in particular, our annual report on Form 10-K and our quarterly reports on Form 10-Q. These documents contain and identify important risk factors and other information that may cause our actual results to differ materially from those contained in our forward-looking statements.
