See the most expensive Whitefish Bay homes sold in October

It's becoming more and more expensive to buy a home in Milwaukee's inner-ring suburbs, even as many residents flock to further-flung communities.

In the first nine months of the year, homes in Whitefish Bay sold for an average of $723,351, according to data from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors. That's a 12% increase in prices since last year, and a 40% increase in prices since 2020.
