Banco Santander Brasil has announced the approval of interim dividends and interest on equity totaling R$1.5 billion, set to be paid out in November 2024. Shareholders on record by October 17, 2024, will be eligible for the dividends and interest, which will be considered as part of the mandatory dividends for the year. The Board has also authorized necessary actions for the disclosure of this resolution to the market.
