Thank you, Cole, and good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us for our conference call to discuss Sandy Spring Bancorp's performance for the first quarter of 2019. This is Dan Schrider speaking, and I'm joined here today with colleagues, Phil Mantua, Chief Financial Officer; and Ronald Kuykendall, General Counsel for Sandy Spring Bancorp.
