Samsung Electronics says will further improve transparency to shareholders
SEOUL (Reuters) - Samsung Electronics Co Ltd <005930.KS> will take further steps to improve transparency in its decision-making process, Chief Executive Kwon Oh-hyun said on Friday.
Kwon said during the annual shareholders' meeting the board of directors would take a greater role in decision-making as part of a broader effort to improve governance.
