CAMARILLO, CA--(Marketwired - May 27, 2014) - Salem Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: SALM), a leading U.S. radio broadcaster, Internet content provider, and magazine and book publisher targeting audiences interested in Christian and family-themed content and conservative values, today announced that its Board of Directors has increased its quarterly cash distribution from $0.0575 per share to $0.0600 per share. The cash distribution will be paid on June 30, 2014 to all Class A and Class B common stockholders of record as of June 16, 2014.
