US-based Sage Hospitality Group has partnered with Park Hotels & Resorts to manage Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf San Francisco Hotel, expanding its presence in the Bay Area.

Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf is a full-service hotel featuring 316 guest rooms and suites. It is equipped with a 24-hour fitness facility, an outdoor heated pool, and space for meetings and events.

Sage Restaurant Concepts, a division of Sage Hospitality Group, will oversee the operations of the hotel's two full-service restaurants, Brick & Beam and The Wardroom.

This deal follows the previous collaboration of Sage with Park Hotels & Resorts in December last year to manage Hilton Denver City Center.

Sage Hospitality Group president Daniel del Olmo said: "We are honoured to expand our partnership with Park Hotels & Resorts and manage the Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf on their behalf.

"Over the last few years, we have grown our presence in the Bay Area considerably, and we look forward to enriching lives, one experience at a time while delivering inspiring results."

Sage already manages four independent lifestyle hotels in San Fransisco, along with properties in Sonoma and Napa Valley.

Park Hotels & Resorts chairman and CEO Thomas Baltimore said: “We are excited to expand our relationship with Sage Hospitality, and leverage their deep local knowledge in San Francisco, a market with significant growth potential.”

In May 2024, Sage Hospitality Group announced plans to assume the management of Hotel Vandivort, a boutique hotel in downtown Springfield, Missouri.

Sage Hospitality will manage the hotel’s daily operations, including the management of its on-site restaurant and rooftop bar, as part of its Sage Independent Hotel Collection.

"Sage Hospitality takes over management of Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf" was originally created and published by Hotel Management Network, a GlobalData owned brand.
