Russia's Novak: output deal has helped clear 350 million barrels of oil from market
ST PETERSBURG, Russia (Reuters) - A deal by OPEC and non-OPEC producers to limit oil output has helped clear 350 million barrels of additional supply from the market so far this year, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Monday.
