MOSCOW, Aug 3 (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed bilateral relations and the international agenda on Thursday during a trip to Singapore, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Friday.
