Russian government in talks with potential bidders for Rosneft, Bashneft stakes -agencies
MOSCOW, April 25 (Reuters) - Russia's government is in talks with potential buyers of stakes in the nation's top oil producer Rosneft and medium-sized oil producer Bashneft , Russian news agencies quoted Russian Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov as saying on Monday.
