Russian defence minister says new threats demand greater military capability-RIA
MOSCOW, March 16 (Reuters) - Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said new threats to Russia's security had forced the country to boost its military capabilities, Russian state-owned RIA news agency reported on Monday.
"New challenges and threats to military security demand that the armed forces further boost their military capabilities," RIA quoted Shoigu as saying.
