The Ronto Group reported that residences remain available for purchase in its Quattro building at Naples Square in downtown Naples. Vertical construction is progressing as planned and the building is expected to be completed in fourth quarter 2022.
In the summer of 2014, The Ronto Group started construction of the first building at Naples Square, a community being built by the award-winning developer at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. From the beginning, Ronto’s vision for the development has been grounded in the desire to create a place that offers a walkable, bikeable lifestyle that puts downtown Naples’ attractions at the community’s doorstep.
